About Valerie

Val is the owner of Premier Physical Therapy and Wellness. She has a BS degree in Exercise Physiology and a BS degree in Physical Therapy. She has a passion for educating our seasoned adults and their caregivers/family members in fall prevention. She has been a home care physical therapist for over 30 years specializing in the geriatric population. She has launched fall prevention programs across Texas including Safe Life, Balance for Life TM, and RAISE TM (Reducing Accidents and Injuries in the Elderly). Premier Physical Therapy and Wellness specializes in maintenance therapy programs which Medicare covers to maintain or manage a beneficiary's current condition when no functional improvement is possible. When she is not working, Val enjoys the beach, camping and exploring new wineries.
